With extensive in-house and leadership credentials—having served as CEO, CFO, and corporate counsel across in international corporations in the USA, New Zealand, South Africa, and Australia—Louis excels in financial services, investment management, credit licensing, lending, property law, securitisation, business turnaround and pre-insolvency work, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial litigation.
