Davina has a Bachelor of Laws degree, a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management from Central Queensland University, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies from the College of Law. She is RG146 complaint and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a lawyer in April 2021.
